- How do I book/obtain a quote?
To book Eurolease or obtain a quote please click here to complete our enquiry form. Upon completion of this form a member of our reservations team will contact you. We aim to get back to you within one business day however this may take up to 48 hours due to the extreme popularity of this offer. Our team will treat all enquiries on a first come, first served basis so please avoid calling our offices to chase your enquiry.
Please note, due to the very limited amount of spaces, the specific collection times and the increased popularity of the trip, when booking Eurolease for 2020, we will require full payment for the motorhome hire. Once your motorhome has been confirmed, this payment is non-refundable.
- When can I pick up the motorhome?
- You can collect your motorhome from the factory Monday - Thursday from March 16th to April 23rd 2020. You will need to book into a collection time slot between 9am - 3pm. If you book online, Just go will contact you to confirm your collection time. Collections cannot be arranged on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays which fall on 13/04/2020.
- How long can I book for?
- There is a minimum hire period of 5 nights, but you can book a trip as long as you like! It is recommended that your hire period is at least 10 days otherwise you will spend the majority of your holiday driving and you won’t experience the local cuisine and culture that each country you’re passing through has to offer. The average hire period for 2019 was 21 nights. Our standard tariff applies with a 50% discount for the first 30 nights so you are booking a real deal if you choose to go for longer. Remember that you get FREE European cover for the length of your trip and unlimited mileage is included.
- What motorhome will I be driving back?
- This is completely your choice. We have 11 different models of motorhomes to choose from (excluding our mystery vehicles).
- Where do I return the motorhome to?
The motorhome must be returned to a Just go UK depot. Upon booking, you must select to return to either our Greater London depot or our Edinburgh Airport depot. You have up until 4pm the day you are due back to return to us. Please note that once you select a return location you must return the motorhome to the depot that is stated on the rental agreement. Should a motorhome be returned to the wrong depot then a relocation fee will be charged.

- Travelling to the Factory
The closest airport to the factory is Pisa, Italy. It is recommended that you take the train from Pisa and change at Empoli to get to Poggibonsi. In 2019, this train journey cost €11.30pp.
“really easy journey and cheap to do. We booked our tickets in advance and printed them off before we got to Pisa. At Pisa airport we took the shuttle bus (which was included in our train ticket cost) to the station. We downloaded the Tren Italia app too so we could see live train updates and which platform to go to.”Dawne Eaton
In 2019, a lot of our customers used Stefano from Chianti Drive +39 3332849710 or Gianni from Taxi Valdelsa + 39 3394497423 to travel to the factory from the hotel. Both these taxi drivers can be contacted by Whatsapp and speak conversational English. Alternatively you can ask your hotel to recommend a local taxi company.
- Exploring the local area
It is recommended that travellers arrive a day before collecting their brand-new motorhome. The local hotel, Hotel Semifonte is a 5 minutes taxi from the factory. This hotel is extremely popular so don’t delay in booking your room.
Upon collecting your motorhome, we recommend that you stay local the first night.
Eurolease customers can get 10% discount off their stay at these two recommended campsites by using the coupon 'JUSTGO' on both these campsites websites.
For travellers arriving before April 1st 2020, we recommend staying at this campsite:
Camping Colleverde Siena (Open From 1st March)
Strada di Scacciapensieri 47, 53100 Siena, Italy.
Tel No: +39 0577334080 / +39 0577332545

For travellers arriving after April 1st 2020, we recommend staying at this campsite:
Camping Il Boschetto Di Piemma (Open From 1st April)
Loc. Santa Lucia 38/c, 53037 San Gimignano – Siena
Tel No: +39 0577907134
Drive Time: 15 KM, West – 15 Mins from factory
- Local Amenities
PAMS Supermarket (4-minute drive from the factory)
Usually the first stop on every traveller’s journey, not only can you stock your kitchen and buy essentials but you can buy anything else to make your motorhome a ‘home from home’ environment such as door mats or hangers.
Righi Store Opposite PAMS, they have a dedicated camping section.
To stop the crockery rattling (and fear of breakages), we always take a roll of nonslip matting, then cut it up into about 4” squares and place between the plates/cups. Easily available from Poundland and other similar shops. One roll is usually sufficientLinda Siggins
In Europe we found the hoses on camp sites all were different sizes. We pre-brought a hose adapter from Amazon which was invaluableDarren & Rebecca Meredith
If people are going to be taking at least two weeks relocating it’s definitely worth taking out an ACSI membership even though it has to be taken out for two yearsKaren Hyman
To conserve water (when not staying a campsite) use a sponge in the showerDawne Eaton
Use soft, fabric, duffel bag suitcases when travelling to Italy so that they are easy to store and take up less space in the motorhome on your journey back to the UKSarah
As everyone knows Sat-Navs are not perfect and can be an issue when you’re in a motorhome. On your routes we suggest that you use the Sat-Nav to get to the closest village and then look for local signs for the camp site / motorhome parking. Also you might want to switch off ‘unpaved roads’Bert & Doris
