The Just go Price Match ensures that we are always competitive on a Just go Motorhome wherever and whenever you shop on justgo.uk.com

We are dedicated to offering the best possible value for our guests. If you find a cheaper Just go Motorhome for the same vehicle with the same travel dates on any other website, we will match the price.

The price match offer applies provided that:

  • The alternative price is for the same Just go motorhome.
  • The collection and return dates are the same.
  • The collection and return locations are the same.
  • The alternative price is valid and available to book.
  • The alternative price is displayed and charged in Great British Pounds (GBP) for UK hires or Euros (EURs) for Dublin hires.
  • The alternative price is advised to Just go no later than 24 hours after confirming your booking with us.

To request a price match, just email enquiries@justgo.uk.com with the following information or click ‘Request Price Match’ below.

  • the name of the website where the same vehicle is cheaper.
  • a full screenshot or email of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited).
  • the cost of the cheaper vehicle (including currency in which it will be charged).
  • your search criteria (dates/times/number of Guests, destination/mileage included etc).
  • your name, email address and contact telephone number.
  • Your Just go quote or booking reference (if you already have one).

Our reservations team, after verifying the information, will confirm if your price match has been successful within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Just go price match will be based on the initial quote only. The price match is non-negotiable.
  • Just go will validate the alternative price before matching.
  • The price match relates to the daily vehicle hire rate only. Charges for optional extras or relating to other standard fees and charges (for example, credit card administration fees, location fees, and public holiday surcharges) are excluded from the price match offer.
  • The price match guarantee may not apply during peak periods or when you use coupons/vouchers or any other promotional offers on the alternative website.
  • Just go will offer one price match per booking.
  • Just go reserves the right to refuse price match requests if quotes and/or vehicle is deemed to not be the same or vehicle is booked under different terms and conditions.
  • Price matching based on currency exchange rates may or may not apply, this is at our discretion.
  • Just go reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer.

Price matches for competitor quotes

Found a similar motorhome on a competitor website? Although our price match guarantee is designed to ensure you get your Just go motorhome at the best available price, if you have found a similar motorhome from a competitor, our team will try our best to apply our price match policy here too. It is not always possible, especially if it is not a comparable vehicle, or a model we don’t operate in our fleet but send the requested price match information and our motorhome experts will review your quote.
