Our Travel Advisory Policy
During these very difficult times, our priority is the wellbeing of our staff, their families and our customers. We whole heartedly support the government’s decision and endorse the ‘stay at home’ policy to help our NHS and to save lives. We are extremely grateful for the enormous effort the UK’s key workers are doing for us all. They are amazing.
Just go motorhomes can still not allow non-essential travel, however we can provide strategic key worker accommodation or mobile welfare units for key organisations during this time. Since the outbreak of the pandemic, our team has been working tirelessly dealing with our global clientele and the high volume of customer enquiries. We are immensely proud that our team has shown the epitome of teamwork in this unprecedented situation. We have received many messages of encouragement and positivity and we thank you for your support in this very challenging situation we face.
For the customers that were on a motorhome hire with us, we advised them to return to our depots. For those with forthcoming hires with us, we will work with you to discuss postponement and cancellation options.
Postponements
Due to high volumes of calls and reduced staffing levels, we can only review hires due to depart within the following 6 weeks. Should you wish to change a booking that is not due to depart within the next 6 weeks, please delay contacting us until AT LEAST 7 weeks prior to departure.
For hires departing up until the end of May, you will be able to change your booking free of charge. This applies to all existing and new bookings until further notice. Should there be a difference in fare, you’ll need to pay this – however by waiving the change fee, we want to ensure you have more flexibility to amend your travel plans.
For those that have booked directly through Just go and would like to amend their holiday dates, but do not know what dates would be suitable, we can issue you with a voucher for the value of your booking that can be put towards a future hire. This voucher will be valid for travel within 12 months of your holiday start date. So as an example, if you were due to travel 20th May 2020, this voucher would expire 20th May 2021.

Cancellations
We have revised our cancellation terms to as follows:
up to 6 weeks prior to your collection date:
- You can postpone your holiday free of charge. If you decide to cancel your holiday you will lose your deposit only.
6 weeks to 2 weeks prior to your collection date:
- You can postpone your holiday free of charge. If you decide to cancel your holiday you will receive a 50% refund.
2 weeks to the date of your collection:
- We cannot offer anything to those that do not give us at least 2 weeks’ notice before their collection date.
