2019 ICC Cricket World Cup - World Cup on Wheels

After two years of planning, cricket journalists Gaurav Joshi and Bharat Sundaresan covered the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup by travelling across England in a motorhome. They travelled close to 4000km (3000 miles), crossed 17 different counties and even managed to visit the family homes of a couple of English cricketers who brought the cup home. They absolutely loved their adventure and fully recommend using a motorhome for any sporting event. They commented that England is a small country so you can literally just go anywhere as the distance between reporting to different matches really wasn’t long and plus you can explore the beautiful scenic countryside too.

“The motorhome is fully-equipped with everything you need is a day’s life. There is kitchen, cooking vessels, cutleries, plates, glass, a sink, a bathroom and of course beds. The best part about the whole motorhome adventure is that you don’t have to pack and unpack your clothes and check-in and out at inconvenient times”

Not only did they have a great time, experience the greatest cricket final of all time, but they got to see England win on home soil (something they predicted on day 1 when Just go staff picked them up from the train station!).

Gav and Bharat, it’s been a pleasure. We’ve loved watching your adventure through your Youtube Videos – World Cup on Wheels. We hope to see you again soon. Best of luck for the Ashes and thanks for our cricket set!
